Description We are seeking a bioanalytical expert with hands-on LC-MS/MS experience for small molecule analysis to lead 2 to 4 individuals in the preparation and analysis of biological samples, and interpretation and reporting of resultant data.
Requirements : The position requires 2-7 years of industrial drug discovery experience and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic or other pharmaceutically related areas. Leadership, communication skills, and experience in operating mass spectrometers for metabolite structure elucidation or small molecule quantification are essential. Responsibilities will include bench work, designing studies, and contributing toward project team decisions and strategies. Being highly organized and having the ability to track and execute on multiple competing and sometimes shifting priorities are expected. Experience with automation, pharmacokinetics and leadership positions on discovery project teams would be highly valued.
